Our Cotton Nylon Flame Retardant Fabric (C/N FR Fabric) is engineered by blending high-grade cotton fibers with strong nylon fibers, combining natural breathability with excellent tear and tensile strength.
Treated with Proban technology, the fabric maintains durable flame retardant properties even after repeated industrial laundering. It will not degrade over time. When exposed to flame, the fabric chars and forms a protective barrier, preventing molten droplets that can cause severe skin burns. It retains the soft, non-irritating hand feel of cotton.
Additionally, the nylon component significantly improves wear resistance, making this fabric far more durable than 100% cotton FR fabrics, ideal for high-mobility or mechanical work environments.
The fabric meets EN ISO 11611 (welding protection), EN ISO 11612 (thermal protection), NFPA 2112 (industrial flash fire), GB 8965.1-2020, etc.
